This group is open to people looking to buy/sale land or homes. I hope this group expands and allows for people to post their property without being forced to deal with real estate agents. Any and all deals are between the seller and buyer . This group, it's members, and the creator of this group are in no way responsible for fraudulent situations. I ask that everyone seeking to purchase or sale a property do your due diligence. Please be specific as to if the property is for sale or rent and if it will be a private sale or sold via real estate agency. Once an item is sold or under contract please either remove the post or make note of the status on the listing. Some folks will ask if owner financing is available. They are not trying to be disrespectful they are seeking to work outside of the banking system. This could be due to credit problems however it could also be because through owner financing they can get the home without all of the interest payments via a bank. So if owner financing is an option or not please specify this in the listing as well. In some instances people will seek to barter or trade that is fine again I ask everyone do their due diligence. Please add photos of the property as no one wants to buy anything without a sense of what the property will look like. Make note of number of bed/bathrooms. Please be polite as this is no place to push anger. If for some reason anyone begins to harass or demean please let me know immediately and I will deal with them. DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE, CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE OTHER PARTY IS LEGITIMATE BEFORE SENDING ANY CASH!!
