Hello Folks. There is nothing better, for a true cinema and motion picture enthusiast, than a good movie well presented on a big screen ideally to an audience in the hundreds or more. Of course, digital projection has drastically changed how that picture finally arrives at its destination but there is no reason why the viewing experience should not be every bit as pleasurable as in the days of film. The object of this group is to share current and past cinema experiences with constructive, proactive comments which are hopefully not libellous, bitter, or malicious. Positive remarks are equally as welcome as negative. Acrimonious comments regarding the cinema environment of today are discouraged. Comment is especially welcome from those who are lucky enough to be able to see and, indeed, show movies projected from film16mm, 35mm and 70mm, as well as digital. We especially welcome former and present veterans of the industry. Treasured cinema experiences and visits from previous years may also be posted but do not forget to include details of both the film and the ambience in which you enjoyed it.
